Founded in 2017 by mother-daughter pastry chefs Rhiannon and Elsie, The Great Pastry Shop is a family-run bakery celebrating classic flavours with a creative twist. Blending European techniques with global inspiration from our multicultural team of pastry chefs, we craft everything from scratch using real, fresh, quality ingredients. From our early days at local markets to our kiosk in Riverside Market, and now our home base, Okioki, we’ve been serving up nostalgic, joy-filled bakes made with love and generosity.
